Adjustable hydraulic relief valve related article – Reasons for lack of flow of electromagnetic accumulator unloading valve

1.The rod of the electromagnet is too short due to the wear and other reason, can not move the accumulator unloading valve core to the specified position. This problem can be simply resolved by replacing the appropriate length of the push rod.

2.With the poor precision of the spool and the adjustable hydraulic relief valve, the valve core can not move under the pressure, causing abnormal flow. After the excluding the reason of the valve core obstruction caused by impurities, can determine the fault by manually pushing the valve core.

3.Spring force is not enough, so that the solenoid accumulator unloading valve can not move in place. After the excluding the reason of the spring length and specifications, it may be the impact of spring material.
