Hydraulic unloading valve related article – How to clean the electric hydraulic control valves correctly

Many people do not know how to properly clean the unloading relief valve, leading to the failure of the electric hydraulic valves, causing great damage. Disassembly cleaning is the first step in the maintenance of electric hydraulic control valves. Common cleaning processes include:

1.Disassemble. Although many parts of the hydraulic unloading valves for bolt connection, but the design of the electric hydraulic control valve is not for the demolition, if there is no special equipment or expertise, forced demolition is likely to cause damage to the electric hydraulic valves. Therefore, before the demolition, need to understand the structure of the unloading relief valve and the connecting mode between the parts, and records the position when the demolition.

2.Checking and cleaning.Check the dirt deposition of unloading relief valve body, valve core and other parts, under the premise of not damaging the work surface, remove dirt with cotton yarn, brush and metal scraper.

3.Rough washing. Put the hydraulic unloading valves body and the valve core and other parts in the cleaning tank tray heating, the compressed air into the bottom of the cleaning tank, through the stirring of the bubble, washing away the remnants of dirt, ultrasonic cleaning effect is better.

4.Sperm washing.High pressure position cleaning with a cleaning solution,and finally with the hot air drying. Individual cases can also be used with organic cleaning agent such as diesel, gasoline.

5.Assembly.Assamble based on the unloading relief valve assembly or disassembly diagram of parts assembly relations record, the assembly should be careful not to damage the parts. The original sealing material is easy to damage in the demolition, should be replaced at the time of assembly.

Pay attention to the following issues when cleaning:

1.For long deposition time and paste solid dirt, do not scratch the surface when cleaning.

2.Pay attention to safety when heated. Some inorganic cleaning fluid is toxic, and it can be used to heat volatile, should be used carefully. Organic cleaning fluid is flammable, pay attention to fire.

3.Select the cleaning fluid, pay attention to its corrosive, avoid corrosion of the hydraulic unloading valve body.

4.After cleaning the parts to pay attention to the preservation, to avoid corrosion or contamination.

5.Assemble pressure unloading valve can be put into use after passing the test.
